Hungates Creative Toys & Hobbies opened for business in 1972. We are a mid-sized company with our company headquarters based out of Greenville, NC. At this location we currently have 14 employees plus "Sam" , our head of security (yellow lab). In addition we have 12 retail stores all located in major malls throughout North Carolina and Virginia, and currently employ over 150 people.

We specialize in hobbies for the whole family including; Art Supplies, Airbrushes, Radio Control, Rocketry, Puzzles, Games, Chess Sets, Die-Cast Collectibles, Frisbee Golf, Plastic Models, Trains, Posters, Toys, Tools, Science and Educational Items, Telescopes, Pinewood Derby, Kids Items, Race Sets, Craft Supplies, plus tons of unique and hard-to-find items!
