Kress Terrace is a special event rental facility in the heart of downtown Greensboro. Our facility has been specifically designed to accommodate a full range of events, from business events to rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions. Kress Terrace is located on the fourth floor of the renowned S.H. Kress building, restored in 2000 to its original Art-Deco distinction. Along with the authentic charm of the 1930's, Kress Terrace also offers modern amenities essential to a successful event.
Located at 212 South Elm Street, Kress Terrace shares the building with Rum Runners and the Inferno, two of Greensboro's newest places to be. The Kress Building shares the block with Triad Stage, Chakras Spa, Churchill's Downtown Bar, Fincastle's Diner, Metro Gourmet, 223 South Elm Street and Liberty Oak restaurants.
