Rich’s Mighty Fine Burgers and Grub began as a street food cart originally operating as “Rich’s Corner Grill” in downtown Salt Lake City in the fall of 2007. Rich opened his restaurant in the fall of 2009 in the heart of downtown, expanding the menu and continues to be the best homemade burgers and grub in Salt Lake City.
