To many of the locals, it may seems like Twirly Top has been around forever.Sisters Cindy and Deb Rhoads purchased the business in August 2002, thus ensuring that a local family continued to own and operate this local landmark for many years to come. We welcome you to our little corner of the world when you visit Twirly Top! We've enjoyed meeting customers from all over the world...those as close as our next door neighbors to as far away as Russia!
